The purpose of the CDBG Section 108 Commercial-Industrial Loan Program is to undertake special economic development activities. Loans may be used for acquisition, construction, reconstruction, rehabilitation or installation of commercial or industrial buildings, structures, and other real property equipment and improvements. The activity will be evaluated by the Economic Development staff to determine eligibility.
