Renew Business License
Simply create an account using a valid email address and secure password. Once you have created this user account, contact our office at revenue@auburnalabama.org or 334-501-7215, during normal business hours, to link the appropriate business license to your user account.
Then proceed as instructed to renew the license.
Pay City Invoices
You can also pay City invoices for items such monthly leased parking and various other billed service (does not include utility bills)
To utilize this feature, you will need the invoice mailed to you from the City.
Once you have created a user id, click on Citizen Self Service, enter username and password.
Click instructions for details on how to utilize this feature.
File & Pay City Taxes
Simply create an account using a valid email address and secure password. Once you have created this user account, contact our office at revenue@auburnalabama.org or 334-501-7215, during normal business hours, to link your City of Auburn account to your user account.
Then proceed as instructed to file and pay city taxes.
