Pay Utility Bill
Click Citizen Self Service and select Register to create an account using a valid email address and secure password. If you have already created an account for City invoices or business licenses, you may choose to use the same login.
Click instructions on how to link your Utility Billing Account(s) to your online account.
ATTENTION: All utility customers will need to set up a new online profile. Please use your new 13 digit "Account ID - Customer ID" (replaces the old 8 digit account number).
