    The Construction and Maintenance Division has responsibility for maintenance and repair of the City’s roadways and storm water drainage system (including creeks and streams). It constructs and repairs curb and gutter, sidewalks and multi-use paths. Construction and Maintenance Division also performs maintenance and repair of City-owned buildings, and manages emergency debris removal operations.
